The location is very convenient (especially if you are on a layover). The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 10 minute drive. I also liked that the appliances are all new.
I found that the rooms are a little older than expected and somewhat small. The room had carpet, and it smelled a little musty. (I really don't like musty smells).

The front desk staff were courteous and considerate. Quang helped us get to a hard-to-reach location. The rooftop pool is lovely. The en suite bathrooms are also a PLUS.
The rooms are a little older. The carpeting meant a slight musty smell. This wasn't ideal, but manageable.

Our Premium Deluxe Room included a king-sized bed and blackout blinds that blocked out all light. There was also a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks, plus a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The room was VERY quiet.

The hotel has easy access to the airport. The airport trip took only ten minutes. While a little distant from the city center, transport options like Grab made getting around convenient and quick.

musty smellconfused staff
The room felt a bit DATED. The carpet had a musty smell that bothered me quite a bit. the front desk staff seemed confused. It took them FOREVER to sort out a simple request I had. They seemed understaffed or undertrained, I don't know. It was a little frustrating.
